Mr. Kishore Babu is the Chairman of Group of companies and CMD of the flagship company Power Mech Projects Limited. He is a gifted entrepreneur, visionary and professional, who could foresee a prospective future for the company that he founded in the closing years of second millennium. He already had 14 years field experience in construction and maintenance of power plants when founding the flagship company Power Mech Projects Limited in the year 1999. An army by himself, he was instrumental in completing major projects ahead of schedule for a pioneering construction company in power sector. He is well exposed to all fields in power sector including construction, maintenance etc. As project manager he has executed independently many major thermal power projects ahead of schedule, a trade mark earned for.
An aggressive pursuer for results, he is recognized for his pace in taking decisions, execution and for emphasizing timeline. He is admired for his remarkable capacity for remembering his employees by name and his concern for their and family’s’ wellbeing. A good administrator who can lead his team from the front when needed, push his flock from behind when warranted and remain invisible where required. An untiring professional he is credited with starting over a dozen subsidiaries and JVs under the umbrella.
A versatile gentleman and down to earth personality, he is keen meeting the needs of downtrodden and the marginalized in the society. In order to fulfill his social responsibilities, he founded a charity trust, head quartered in Vijayawada though which stream of poor and deserving people are getting benefitted. The trust covers certain important segments including education, healthcare, social welfare and natural emergencies.

He joined Power Mech in 2013 as executive assistant to the Chairman and Managing Director. After serving in this role for a brief period he was made the head, overseas business and he spearheaded the opening the first foreign branch for Power Mech, in UAE. Since then, in a span of four years he played a pivotal role in spreading Power Mech’s footprint to more regions in GCC and Africa (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Nigeria and Sudan). He was instrumental in Power Mech winning its first power plant construction contract in 2014 at 4 x 660 MW at Shuqaiq Steam Power Plant near Jizan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and he oversaw the project to successful completion in 2016. Rohit also played a key role in the Initial Public Offering of Power Mech in 2015.
Rohit holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from VIT University, India, a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from University of Southern California, USA and an MBA from University of Oxford, UK.

He served two terms as a member of the Studies Group of the World Energy Council. Mr. Rao was also the Chairman of the CII Public Sector Enterprises Council and is a Fellow of both the Institution of Engineers (India) and the Indian National Academy of Engineering. He has received several prestigious awards and recognitions, both institutional and individual, for his contributions to the industry.
Following his retirement from BHEL, Mr. Rao served as the Managing Director of Steag Energy Services India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Steag Energy Services, Germany, and as an Independent Director at Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL). He currently holds directorships in five companies. In addition, he is actively involved in the following committees constituted by the Government of India:
i) Committee to monitor the development of Advanced Supercritical Technology for Thermal Power Generation, constituted by the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India.
ii) Committee to evaluate and recommend R&D projects under the Clean Coal Technology Mission and to oversee the development projects of the Department of Science & Technology

Mr. Raghavendra Prasad Movva is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Power Mech Group of Companies. A qualified Company Secretary and Associate Member (A41798) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from Acharya Nagarjuna University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kashipur. He brings with him over 12 years of rich experience with proven expertise in listing compliances, corporate and allied laws, and legal drafting.
Based in Hyderabad, Mr. Raghavendra previously served as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Zen Technologies Limited, where he played a pivotal role in executing major corporate actions, including the conversion of Warrants and Compulsory Convertible Debentures (CCDs) into equity shares, a ₹1,000 crore Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), and the implementation of Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs).
Prior to that, he was associated with NAVA LIMITED (formerly Nava Bharat Ventures Limited), a leading player in ferro alloys manufacturing and power generation, for nearly eight years. During his tenure, he successfully managed the corporate compliance framework for the listed entity and its group companies, and was actively involved in key corporate actions such as buybacks, bonus issues, capital reductions, and other significant assignments.
In his current role at Power Mech, Mr. Raghavendra oversees the secretarial functions across the Group, ensuring robust governance and compliance frameworks. With his deep domain expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on approach, he is well-positioned to steer the Company towards greater corporate excellence and growth.

His expertise shines through in the execution of large - scale and complex power projects, ranging from 250 MW to 600 MW, primarily as turnkey contracts. He has been directly and indirectly involved in finalising the commercials and setting up over 20, 000 MW of power plants.
Prior to joining Power Mech, Kodandaramaiah has served as the Director – BD and CEO of Sunil Hi Tech Engineers for almost 7 years. Prior to this Kodandaramaiah spent five years in the USA as an Executive Director at General Electric (GE). There his primarily role was overseeing business development, commercial aspects, procurement, technology transfer, and project management. He also played a pivotal role in establishing a joint venture (JV) focused on after-market services and this JV operated in India and Bangladesh, serving a 3000 MW installed base for thermal and hydro power. He has also successfully implemented GE's best practices in the Indian JV, including the most challenging Six Sigma initiative.
Earlier to his international role at GE, Kodandaramaiah accumulated 22 years of experience at Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL), a renowned Indian engineering giant. During this extensive tenure, he held leadership positions at both headquarters and project sites, overseeing project and construction management, technology upgrades, commercial operations, overseas marketing, contracting, costing, vendor development, and procurement. His oversight spanned diverse power generation fields, including fossil, combined cycle, hydro, gas, co-generation, and industrial plants, amassing a total exposure of 4000 MW in power plant construction. Notably, he spearheaded initiatives aimed at reducing project cycle times for 500 MW and 250 MW units, showcasing his commitment to industry innovation and efficiency.

His career highlights include leading multidisciplinary engineering at BGR Energy for power, water, and hydrogen projects; managing project development and agreements for major thermal and combined cycle power plants at GVK; executing global projects in Syria, Thailand, UK, and Turkey with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries; and delivering detailed engineering for independent and captive power plants with Tata Consulting Engineers.
He holds an M.Tech in Energy Conservation and Management and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

He joined Power Mech in 2024 to provide strategic oversight and execution leadership for complex power projects, leveraging his proven expertise in multidisciplinary project delivery, procurement, and commissioning to enhance operational performance and project outcomes.
Over his career, Mr. Selvaraj has commissioned the Kothagudem TPS (1×800 MW) in a record 46 months, achieved a turnover of ₹2,300 Cr and cash collection of ₹2,000 Cr for BHEL PSSR in FY 2022–23, and led infrastructure, material coordination, and subcontracting for major EPC projects like Ennore SEZ (2×660 MW) and PFBR at Kalpakkam. He has also commissioned Frame 5 GT and HRSG with supplementary firing using Naphtha fuel and managed multidisciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, electrical, and C&I domains.
He holds a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai.

Mr. D.S.G.S. Srinivas Babji is the Executive Director (Non-Board) - CMD Secretariat of our organisation. He is a seasoned power sector professional with over 38 years of experience in thermal power station management, he brings expertise across operations, maintenance, construction, and strategic leadership.
He began his career with NTPC in 1986 and progressed through diverse leadership roles, later contributing to organisations such as UPL (a joint venture of NTPC & Reliance Infra) and APGENCO. Over the years, he has managed large-scale coal and gas-based power stations across India, including NTPC’s first coastal thermal power plant at Simhadri. His expertise spans stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, fuel security, environmental compliance, and change management. .
He joined Power Mech in 2025 as Executive Director (Non-Board) and is responsible for strategic oversight, operational review, and hands-on guidance across key projects, with a primary focus on the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) division. Leveraging his prior experience as Regional Executive Director – NTPC and Director – Thermal at APGENCO. He turned around NTPC Farakka to achieve top PLF rankings and business excellence benchmarks, managed Asia’s longest MGR coal transport system, and presented technical papers at global O&M conferences. He also contributed to NTPC’s Knowledge Team and corrosion management committee while effectively handling stakeholder relations in sensitive regions. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and has undergone advanced leadership training at Wharton (USA), SP Jain (Singapore), and in Japan (Clean Coal Technologies).

He has successfully led large-scale thermal power plants, managed cross-functional teams, and coordinated complex regional projects. He was accountable for end-to-end plant operations, compliance, and execution of major power projects across multiple regions.
He joined Power Mech in 2025 as Executive Director (Non-Board) to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership to the O&M department, leading day-to-day operations while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives.
With a deep understanding of plant operations, erection & commissioning, and regional project management, he has contributed significantly to enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
He led operations and project execution across NTPC’s Korba, Kudgi, and WR-1 HQ units, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely delivery of key projects. His achievements include commissioning major units, enhancing operational efficiency, and representing NTPC internationally in France and Japan.
He holds an AMIE in Electrical Engineering, a PGDBM with a major in Finance and minor in HR from MDI Gurgaon, and certifications as an Energy Auditor (All India 5th Rank) and Project Manager (IPMA Level D).

Mr. Tata Srinivasa Prasad is the Senior Vice President - SMX of our Organisation. He is a highly accomplished civil engineering and infrastructure management professional, Mr. Prasad brings over 30 years of expertise in transportation, highways, railways, industrial structures, and PPP projects. He has held senior leadership roles in IVRCL, NCC, and Macquarie Group (Safeway Concessions), driving large-scale project execution, contract administration, investor relations, and strategic planning.
He joined Power Mech in 2025 to drive strategic growth in civil and infrastructure projects, bringing extensive expertise in project management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen execution efficiency and operational performance. He has led India’s first asset recycling project under NHAI (TOT Bundle-I, 681 km), spearheaded major highway and railway developments, and managed financial closures with lender coordination. His experience spans delivering World Bank and Central Government-funded projects and overseeing a USD 36 million road project in Afghanistan. .

He is a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Human Resource Management professional, he brings over four decades of leadership in HR, IR, and administration across industries such as aviation, engineering, manufacturing, and power. He is known for aligning HR strategy with business goals, fostering employee engagement, and driving organisational transformation.
He joined Power Mech in 2022 and has since been responsible for providing strategic HR direction, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening organisational culture. Over his career, he has held senior roles in leading organisations including NSL Sugars, GMR Group, and GMR Hyderabad International Airport, with a proven track record in strategic HR planning, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and talent management. .
He holds a B.Ed, B.L, M.Com and a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, providing him with a strong academic foundation for his HR leadership.

P. Dileep Kumar is the General Manager and Head of UAE operations. He is an accomplished professional with 19 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of power, water, and petrochemical plants. He has expertise in gas and steam turbine maintenance, desalination plant maintenance and petrochemical plant turnarounds. Dileep joined Power Mech in 2004 as a Mechanical Supervisor and has risen to the position of a General Manager.
He embarked on his career as a Mechanical Supervisor, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in various power plants across India. His responsibilities included overseeing the operation and maintenance of a 655 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant in Paguthan, Gujarat, and performing capital and major overhauls of gas turbines in esteemed power plants such as TATA Power Trombay and SGT 2000E CLP India. Recognizing his outstanding performance and leadership capabilities, Dileep was promoted to the role of Deputy Manager. In this capacity, he spearheaded the successful revival of GE Fr 9E Gas Turbines at RGPPL in Maharashtra and accomplished a complete rewinding and overhaul of a hydro turbine at Kopli Power in Assam. Continuing his upward trajectory, Dileep advanced to the position of Senior Manager. His notable achievements included the revival of a BHEL 250 MW Steam Turbine at Tata Power Trombay, underscoring his expertise in turbine maintenance and repair. In 2014 subsequently, Dileep seized the opportunity to handle critical assignments as an Overseas Projects Manager, where he showcased his versatility in conducting inspections, overhauls and maintenance tasks across various power plants globally. Few Notable projects included assignments at Khoms Gas Power Plant in Libya, Jebel Ali Power Station in Dubai and Shuaiba and Sabiya in Kuwait. Subsequently, he was made the global head of turbine and desalination services, a role he held for a period of 19 years before being elevated to the role of country head of UAE.
